Cooking

Cooking Tips

  1. Plan ahead. Make sure you thaw your frozen seafood in the refrigerator before cooking.

  2. Preheat your oven to 375 F. 

  3. Season your bass with salt & pepper, or other seasonings depending on your taste.

  4. Lightly oil the pan you wish to use when cooking the bass.

  5. Place the bass in the oven and let cook for 20 to 25 minutes, depending on the thickness of the filets.

  6. Remove the bass from the oven and let sit for 3 minutes, be sure to cover with a lid in order to keep the temperature warm.

  7. After you let sit for 3 minutes, eat and enjoy!
