Our grilled salmon recipe couldn’t be easier. Order some of our wild-caught salmon fillets, spice things up with some seasonings, and fire up the grill to have a home-cooked grilled salmon meal.

How to Cook Salmon on the Grill

Instructions
  1. Remove salmon fillets from the refrigerator 15-30 minutes before grilling. Season on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon pepper.
  2. Coat grill grates lightly with olive oil. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  3. Place salmon skin-side down on the grill.
  4. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side. Salmon is ready to flip when it's not sticking to the grill grate.
  5. Remove salmon from the grill when it reaches your desired level of doneness (about 125 degrees for medium-rare). Allow to rest for 1-2 minutes before enjoying. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
