Select the best scallops following the guidelines mentioned earlier
Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
Pat dry the scallops and season them with a pinch of salt and pepper or your preferred seasoning.
Add a small amount of oil or butter to the griddle and spread it thinly and evenly.
Place the scallops on the griddle, and do not overcrowd the surface.
Cook the scallops for 2-3 minutes per side until they develop a golden brown crust.
