Method
- Begin by splitting your clams shells, keeping one half with the steamed clam and discarding the other
- Next, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. While the oven is heating, prepare your stuffing mixture
- In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, melted butter, chopped garlic, and cheese. Once the ingredients are well mixed, spoon the filling onto each clam with a tablespoon
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown
- Serve with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Enjoy!
