Baked Clams

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb clams (steamed)
  • 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 clove garlic (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • lemon wedges (for serving)
  • fresh parsley (for serving)

Method
 

  1. Begin by splitting your clams shells, keeping one half with the steamed clam and discarding the other
  2. Next, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. While the oven is heating, prepare your stuffing mixture
  3. In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, melted butter, chopped garlic, and cheese. Once the ingredients are well mixed, spoon the filling onto each clam with a tablespoon
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown
  5. Serve with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Enjoy!
