Baked Clams

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb clams (steamed)
  • 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 clove garlic (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • lemon wedges (for serving)
  • fresh parsley (for serving)

Instructions
 

  • Begin by splitting your clams shells, keeping one half with the steamed clam and discarding the other
  • Next, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. While the oven is heating, prepare your stuffing mixture
  • In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, melted butter, chopped garlic, and cheese. Once the ingredients are well mixed, spoon the filling onto each clam with a tablespoon
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown
  • Serve with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Enjoy!
