Grilled Clams

Gather around the grill and get cooking with this delicious recipe for grilled clams! Perfect for a warm-weather cookout, this simple dish makes a quick, crowd-pleasing meal.

For this recipe, you’ll need the following ingredients: 

  • 1 lb. Clams
  • Butter 
  • Seasonings (such as garlic, herbs, lemon, chili flakes, etc.) 
  1. Begin by preheating your grill to a medium heat. 
  2. While the grill is heating, prepare a sauce for the clams by melting together butter and desired seasonings such as garlic, herbs, and lemon. 
  3. Once melted, remove from heat to prevent burning. The best part of this recipe is that it can be customized to varying taste buds. Prepare as many sauces as you like to enjoy a variety of flavor combinations. 
  4. After preparing the sauce and the grill is heated, place the clams directly on the grill grates and cook for up to 10 minutes. Remove clams from the grill as they open, placing them in a serving dish. 
  5. Discard any clams that have not opened by the end of cook time. 
  6. Serve clams with butter sauce and enjoy!
